About the co-founder

Jan is a co-founder of Kuźnia Olimpijska. He helps create camps and other educational events and shares responsibility for official communications with Kuźnia.

As a member of the Mathematics Workshops teaching team, he gives lectures and helps with camp organisation and accounting. He also marks entries for the Polish Junior Mathematical Olympiad and helps run the first round of the Mathematical Linguistics Olympiad, which often takes place during Kuźnia's September camp.

In 2025 and 2026, he was a Polish team leader at the XIII and XIV Czech–Polish–Slovak Junior Mathematical Competitions (CPSJ), and at the International Mathematics Summer Camp (IMSC), an international training camp ahead of the IMO.

Alongside his educational work, he studies physics, works as a C++ programmer and follows the development of the language.
