About the instructor

Piotr teaches mathematics at Kuźnia and helps students prepare for the Polish Mathematical Olympiad. He focuses on both finding an idea and building a complete, correctly written proof.

He graduated from Stanisław Staszic High School No. 14 in Warsaw. After secondary school, he chose the University of Warsaw's joint mathematics and computer science programme to develop both interests in parallel.

He has experience teaching OM preparation courses. He chooses engaging problems with real learning value and combines formal proof-writing requirements with the intuition behind a solution. He encourages students to present their own ideas, believing that independent work is the foundation of lasting understanding.

Writing his own problem collection helped him organise material for students beginning their Olympiad journey. He draws on that experience when choosing theory, examples and problems for his lessons.
